We were so excited about this cabin & it didn’t disappoint! Everything was clean & new (only built in 2024) & was exactly as described & pictures shown! My family enjoyed the game room and also watched the AL/TN game down there to not wake my grand-baby! (This succeeded except for one play.)😉 We had 6 adults & my grand-baby and everyone had their own space! We had a visitor from one of the local bears also!🐻 Highly recommend!

Southern belle was everything we wanted! Our family of 7 really enjoyed our stay here. We really appreciated that there were minimal steps to get into the first floor of the house for our grandma. Our children really enjoyed the yard and firepit outside. There is some thru-traffic on the road but it is considerably quiet. There are neighbors directly across the street but that is something I personally like having. It was a great location with easy access to pigeon forge and gatlinburg. We really liked how easy and less traffic the drive was to go hike the smoky mountains. Jason and Christina communicated through message during our whole stay with valuable info. I would definitely recommend this cabin and would stay here again.

Let me first start off with this cabin was absolutely gorgeous had everything you would need to have. It was so peaceful sitting out by the fire pit and relaxing in the hot tub. The only thing that we didn’t enjoy was the drive to get up to the place the roads definitely aren’t motorcycle friendly. That had nothing to do with the cabin again. The cabin was great. I would definitely rent this again just next time come in by car.

Great place to stay for a family vacation! It was a very cozy cabin that was perfect size for a family of 7. The house was very clean and tidy when we arrived and was exactly as seen in photos. The hosts were great and communicated very well. The only two downsides are the driveway is a little steep and our car scraped every time we left and came back and the view was blocked by another cabin and trees. But it was a pleasant stay and perfect for us since we were out and about doing activities in the area. We would stay at the house again!

First off want to say that the photos that they have of the cabin do not do it justice. This place is absolutely amazing, and the interior is gorgeous. They did an amazing job and what made it so much better is they have a 4th bedroom in the basement. Jason and Christina were very responsive to us anytime we had a question or concern. One thing for sure is we got to see a bear and a cub during our week there. Highly recommended this cabin. Great job and thank you for having us.

Do you allow pets?
We love animals, but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic; please respect that.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Our check-in starts at 4pm and check-out at 10am. To ensure that we have enough time to clean the property we ask you not to extend these times. Please reach out to us at management@sltnproperties.com to see if we are able to make any special accommodations. Depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate your requests.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes, we offer on-site parking, making it convenient and hassle-free for you to park your vehicle and have peace of mind throughout your vacation. We have ample parking for up to 4 vehicles. No need to worry about finding a parking spot!
What amenities are provided in the rental?
Our rental cabin is equipped with a wide range of amenities to enhance your stay. You can expect amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor patio, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, and in-unit laundry. Feel free to review the property description or contact the host for specific amenities provided in the rental.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, and we have a flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your reservation, you can receive a full refund if you cancel thirty-days before your scheduled arrival. If cancelation within 14-days before scheduled arrival, a partial refund may be available. Please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the cancellation process.
