We absolutely LOVED this place! Loved it! So spacious! Perfect for our group of 5 girls! We all had our own sleeping space! Bathroom space was great as well!! Jason & Christina were great hosts! We are cabin-veterans and read dozens of customer reviews before selecting a cabin, thus we feel compelled to submit a review for others to utilize. We require a clean and modern cabin, and this cabin delivered perfectly. The interior and exterior of the cabin is attractive, well-maintained, and nicely appointed. The furnishings, including bedroom furniture, granite countertops, kitchen table/chairs, pool table, hot tub, etc., are very high quality. Being a newly built cabin, it was extremely clean without any visible wear & tear. While the cabin is elevated, it is nicely surrounded by mature trees that give it more of a wooded view. There are a few cabins located around it that were occupied, but there was enough space and trees that it would not be considered a development, and we felt like it our privacy was maintained. The roads leading to the cabin were well-maintained. It's convenient to Cades Cove and Foothills Parkway. An excellent cabin. We did see a bear while there.

We were so excited about this cabin & it didn’t disappoint! Everything was clean & new (only built in 2024) & was exactly as described & pictures shown! My family enjoyed the game room and also watched the AL/TN game down there to not wake my grand-baby! (This succeeded except for one play.)😉 We had 6 adults & my grand-baby and everyone had their own space! We had a visitor from one of the local bears also!🐻 Highly recommend!

Southern belle was everything we wanted! Our family of 7 really enjoyed our stay here. We really appreciated that there were minimal steps to get into the first floor of the house for our grandma. Our children really enjoyed the yard and firepit outside. There is some thru-traffic on the road but it is considerably quiet. There are neighbors directly across the street but that is something I personally like having. It was a great location with easy access to pigeon forge and gatlinburg. We really liked how easy and less traffic the drive was to go hike the smoky mountains. Jason and Christina communicated through message during our whole stay with valuable info. I would definitely recommend this cabin and would stay here again.

We love animals, but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic; please respect that.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Our check-in starts at 4pm and check-out at 10am. To ensure that we have enough time to clean the property we ask you not to extend these times. Please reach out to us at management@sltnproperties.com to see if we are able to make any special accommodations. Depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate your requests.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes, we offer on-site parking, making it convenient and hassle-free for you to park your vehicle and have peace of mind throughout your vacation. We have ample parking for up to 4 vehicles. No need to worry about finding a parking spot!
What amenities are provided in the rental?
Our rental cabin is equipped with a wide range of amenities to enhance your stay. You can expect amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor patio, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, and in-unit laundry. Feel free to review the property description or contact the host for specific amenities provided in the rental.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, and we have a flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your reservation, you can receive a full refund if you cancel thirty-days before your scheduled arrival. If cancelation within 14-days before scheduled arrival, a partial refund may be available. Please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the cancellation process.
