I have stayed at many airbnbs and this by far is the BEST property I stayed at. The property was SUPER clean and gorgeous. It’s just like the pictures but imagine 20x better in person from the beautiful interior to the fresh smell when you walk in. On top of that Jason & Christina are absolutely wonderful, ANY question I had they responded back within minutes. Access to property is extremely streamlined and easy enough for an elderly person to do. The location was perfect with a dollar store, cute antique shops minutes away. The main town is about 25 minutes away and a very easy drive from the property. Jason & Christina truly put a lot of thought & care into their property and go above and beyond with their hospitality! I am looking forward to booking with them every time I come in town with my family!

Perfect for our family of 7. House looked better than the pictures! Kitchen was very well equipped! Loved the gas fireplace. Plenty of space for us to hang out together and also to find quiet time as well. Master bedroom and bathroom was very nice! Host was very responsive to messages. Wow omg wow! Words CANNOT describe how beautiful & breathtaking this cabin was to me and my family! The aspect was sensational from morning sunrise to the crisp sunset on the mountain oasis! Entering into a warm nice space with an astonishing balcony view was more than I can ask for! Leaving to the town for shopping was a success to be greeted by the attraction of Sevierville ALL AROUND for the kiddos! Being defected in Uno and a tense round on the pool table makes up for relaxation in the Hot-tub temped to satisfaction with the crew! Everything in this HOME was very accessible and on hand! Spacious, yet beautifully decorated kitchen made dinner at the dining table a DELIGHT! I was pleased & appreciative to be welcomed by Mr. Jason & Ms. Christina to stay at this retreat and we WILL be returning AGAIN! THANK-YOU, & HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Do you allow pets?
We love animals, but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic; please respect that.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Our check-in starts at 4pm and check-out at 10am. To ensure that we have enough time to clean the property we ask you not to extend these times. Please reach out to us at management@sltnproperties.com to see if we are able to make any special accommodations. Depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate your requests.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes, we offer on-site parking, making it convenient and hassle-free for you to park your vehicle and have peace of mind throughout your vacation. We have ample parking for up to 4 vehicles. No need to worry about finding a parking spot!
What amenities are provided in the rental?
Our rental cabin is equipped with a wide range of amenities to enhance your stay. You can expect amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor patio, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, and in-unit laundry. Feel free to review the property description or contact the host for specific amenities provided in the rental.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, and we have a flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your reservation, you can receive a full refund if you cancel thirty-days before your scheduled arrival. If cancelation within 14-days before scheduled arrival, a partial refund may be available. Please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the cancellation process.
